Passenger Service

The Tiger 12 Hovercraft has been used as a tourist attraction in a number of areas. Most recently, it was on the south coast operating as Tiger Hover Tours. Previously, it worked in Wales taking passengers for trips from the beach. It has also been used as an attraction at events, such as the Festival of the Sea on the east coast. Ideally suited for up to 8 passengers, the craft provides a unique insight into the hovercraft experience.

The Tiger 12 Hovercraft can work in seas up to one metre and up to a force 4 wind. With the tubes on either side of the craft, it is very stable and also very safe.

By changing the attitude of the craft and moving the bow to the waves, a very smooth ride can be obtained.

You can see that the hovercraft integrates well into other attractions, even on a crowded beach.

Holidaymakers find it an excellent attraction, and the craft goes about its business without complaints.

The biggest problem is managing the queues!
